President approves new rules of Aadhaar Mandatory for all Indians



President Ramnath Kovind has approved the Ordinance that recognizes the voluntary use of the premise as acceptance of mobile Sim card and as an identity card in the open bank account. After the President's approval, any country can now use the Aadhaar Card as an ID proof to open a bank account or to get a SIM card. Opening a bank account.
To use a SIM card, the Aadhaar card can be used as ID proof. The government has come out with this Ordinance if there is no passage from the Rajya Sabha bills brought by the government on the use of Aadhaar card as ID proof for opening a bank account or for getting a SIM card.

It may take a penalty of up to Rs 1 crore-
With the approval of the new Ordinance, new rules regarding the misuse of the base have also been implemented by the government. On not complying with the rules of the Aadhaar act, a fine of up to Rs 1 crore (fine) can be imposed on the company or institution. There is also a provision to impose an additional fine of Rs. 10 lakh per day for not paying this amount.

After the implementation of the new Aadhaar and other law amendment ordinance, the service provider companies voluntary, on the basis of basic biometric information of people giving the basis as ID And will not be able to store the base numbers. Apart from this, the person not giving the Aadhaar number cannot be denied a service like a bank account or a SIM card

  • After the implementation of the new Ordinance, physical or electronic verification can be done offline or in other ways by supporting the holder's consent.

  • The minor holder can cancel his base number upon completion of 18 years of age.

  • This new Ordinance will not be effective on the Section-57 of the Aadhaar Act. Section.-57 allows the use of base data of private companies.

  • For the verification of identity, a three-year jail and a fine of Rs 10,000 will be imposed on the use of Aadhaar data. If a company is found guilty in such a case, then a fine of Rs. 1 lakh will be imposed.


It is not necessary to link Aadha with a bank account; On the other hand, you would also like to know that the Supreme Court verdict has clearly stated that it is not necessary to link the Aadhaar to Aadhaar bank account. Other documents can be used for KYC of the account. However, it is necessary to link the base to the card with PAN and its deadline is March 31.

1. First, go to UIDAI's official website at uidai.gov.in.
2. After opening the website, click on "Check Aadhaar & Bank Account Linking Status"
3. A single page opens where you have to enter the 12 digit base number.
4-After submitting the Aadhaar number, the OTP (One Time Password) will be registered on the registered mobile number.
5. Login after OTP is inserted, after which the status will be in front of you. If there are an account and a base link, it will be written in front - "Your Bank Aadhaar Mapping has been done."
